Paola has been teaching at California State University, Kent State University and Syracuse University, Florence programs, receiving high satisfaction rate in student evaluations. Currently she is adjunct professor and coordinator for the architecture program at CSU and at KSU in Florence.

Over the years, Paola supervised students in projects that require fine grain attention to materiality, space, light, and tectonics, as well as conceptually elaborate proposals supported by meaningful theoretical investigations and programmatically complex urban scale projects.

Below are some images of students' works from the architecture studios Paola has been teaching at California State University and at Kent State University, Florence programs.
